Hauser Girls Basketball Rolls Past Waldron 45–30, Improves to 4–1 The Hauser Jets continued their strong start to the season Tuesday night, earning a 45–30 road win over Waldron to move to 4–1 overall and 1–0 in Mid-Hoosier Conference play. Hauser’s defensive pressure set the tone early, holding Waldron’s offense in check while the Jets steadily built their lead. June Berkenstock delivered a dominant all-around performance, finishing with 11 points, 10 rebounds, 4 blocks, 2 assists, and 4 steals to help anchor Hauser on both ends of the floor. Abby Manley led the Jets in scoring with 12 points and added 2 assists, while Braelyn Williams chipped in 9 points and 4 deflections, providing energy on the perimeter. Abby Stacey made the most of her opportunities, scoring 8 points on 4-of-5 shooting and pulling down 5 rebounds, giving Hauser an efficient offensive spark. Kennedy Konradi added 3 points, and Hayden Dickey contributed 2 points along with 6 rebounds to round out a balanced team effort. With the win, the Jets begin conference play on a high note and look to continue their momentum as they move deeper into their schedule.
