Varsity Cross Country Second at Rushville The Jets were DII runners-up at Saturday's Rushville Classic, finishing just two points behind Union County. Jace Wright took second among Division II runners and third overall with a time of 16:46.5, becoming the third-fastest sophomore in Hauser program history. Max Moore finished eighth with a time of 18:04.3, Braydon McFarland took twelfth in 18:55.2, and Nevin Noble turned in a personal best of 19:05.1 to finish fourteenth. Mason Johnson crossed the line in 20:31.1 to take 27th, and Grady Niccum was next in line at 21:19.9, placing 34th. Kevin Heindel (22:22.2), and Evan Tibbs (23:36.1) both ran new personal bests, placing 46th and 57th. The Jets return to action this Saturday, when they compete in Columbus North's Weinheimer Classic at CERA Sports Park.
