Hauser Tops Edinburgh on Senior Night in Four Sets Hope, Indiana — The Hauser volleyball team celebrated Senior Night in style on Tuesday with a hard-fought 3-1 victory over visiting Edinburgh. After dropping a tight first set, the Jets rallied to take the next three sets and secure the win: 24-26, 25-23, 25-18, 25-16. Senior Regan Mack led the offensive charge with 13 kills and added five aces and a strong presence at the net with one solo block and three block assists. Fellow senior Charleston Gelfius also shined with seven kills, five aces, three solo blocks, and four block assists. Kaidenze Shoaf contributed six kills and three aces to round out a balanced Hauser attack. Setter Leah Manley orchestrated the offense efficiently, tallying 26 assists while also recording 10 digs on defense. Hayden Dickey anchored the back row with 12 digs and chipped in two assists, along with one solo and two block assists at the net. Hope Bailey added nine digs and one assist in the win. Defensively at the net, Hauser was dominant. In addition to Regan and Charleston efforts, Hayden and Payton Norris each contributed key blocks to stifle Edinburgh’s hitters. The win marks a memorable Senior Night for Hauser's upperclassmen as they head into the final stretch of the season with momentum.
