The Hauser Lady Jets wrapped up their season at the IHSAA Regional held at Morristown on Saturday with a five set loss to the Bloomfield Cardinals in the championship match. The Lady Jets win it! The Hauser Lady Jets Volleyball team traveled to Edinburgh for sectional play, and for the 10th straight year, they brought home the hardware. The Lady Jets are the 2019 Sectional 60 champions! The Lady Jets took down Waldron in round one, Southwestern in the semi-finals, and Morristown in the championship.
The Hauser Lady Jets traveled to Edinburgh for the first round of the IHSAA state tournament, with the sectional being played at Edinburgh High School. The Varsity volleyball gals traveled to Edinburgh Saturday, and brought home some hardware. The girls went 3-0 on the day, defeating sectional foe Greenwood Christian, Jac-Cen-Del, and Edinburgh to win the championship. The girls will open up sectional play Thursday evening vs. Waldron. The sectional will be played at Edinburgh this year.
The JV/Volleyball girls traveled to Waldron on Friday evening with both coming home with wins. The JV won in straight sets 25-12 and 25-16, while the Varsity gals won by the scores of 25-11, 25-21, and 25-14. This win kept both teams unbeaten in conference play.
